Upon arrival in Bennezette our guide takes us to see the Rocky Mountain Elk that were introduced into Clearfield and Clinton Counties.

Our Diesel train departs from Uniontown and travel through the foothills of the Laurel Highlands. We pass through the patch towns of where the coke ovens and coal mines fed the steel industry in Pittsburgh and stop in historic Dunbar where you will see a restored coke oven and a presentation of the history of the coal and the coke region. Our lunch will be at the Historic Summit Inn for a spectacular view along with a stop at a local winery.
