The American Girl Place offers an experience from shopping and dining to seeing a show. Madame Tussauds, located in Time Square, offers a Hollywood experience with over 200 life like wax figures. Sing, dance, laugh and play, you are the star of the show in this interactive entertainment venue. Several restaurants and theaters are in this area. Our 3 day tours depart early Friday morning for the city. Upon arrival we will check into our hotel just outside the city, at the HAMPTON INN, Secaucus , N.J. A comfortable affordable choice with breakfast included makes this a good alternative to higher city prices. Once checked into our hotel we head into the city for the evening. Whether you choose a show or just explore the shops and restaurants, there will be plenty to do. Saturday, following breakfast we return to the city for a drive down around Battery Park to see the Statue of Liberty and view the World Trade Center site, “Ground Zero”. A stop will be made in China Town and Little Italy for bargain shopping. You will have a chance to leave some of your purchases on the motor coach prior to our drop off at a central location for more shopping, dining and Theater options. Double Decker Tour Bus ticket are available to enjoy a narrated city tour with on and off access at various stops to enable you to see the city at your leisure. The cost is approximately $40. per person and is available on our tours or at the sightseeing departure locations in New York . Sunday morning, we will return to the city and make a lunch stop at Grand Central Station prior to our 2:00 P.M. departure for home.

Midnight on the first day and arrive in the city in time for breakfast. You will be dropped off in Mid -Town near Macy's and the Wholesale District and the day is yours to shop, dine or catch a show or visit a museum. Our coach will depart the city at 8:00 P.M. that night for our hotel stay in New Jersey . Sunday morning breakfast is included at our hotel, then we head back to the city until 2:00P.M. when we depart for home, arriving home late evening on Sunday.

A half day will be spent enjoying a slower pace of life in Victorian Cape May , just south of Atlantic City. From tea rooms, trolleys, boutiques, and beautiful architecture, there is something for everyone. Time is available to enjoy the boardwalk, beach and gaming if you wish. A full day will be spent in New York City ! This is your chance to see the Statue of Liberty up close.
