"DAY DREAM TOURS" The SAFETY & COMFORT of the DAY DREAM TRAVELER is our main concern, therefore, we utilize MODERN, DELUXE MOTORCOACHES , equipped with restrooms, air conditioning, DVD's and reputable companies with EXPERIENCED & QUALIFIED DRIVERS. Our primary carrier is McCarter Motor coach. They purchased several new coaches this year and are committed to an updated fleet, friendly drivers and quality service.
DAYDREAM TOURS provides an EXPERIENCED & QUALIFIED ESCORT on each public tour. Our escort carries out the fine details of our tours. They are friendly, professional people who are available to answer questions and handle emergencies. Each escort provides appropriate entertainment & refreshments throughout the tour, for your enjoyment. Gratuities for your Drivers & Escorts are customary, however, not included in the tour, and given at your discretion.
ACCOMMODATIONS, ATTRACTIONS, & RESTAURANTS & GRATUITIES.
DAY DREAM TOURS a cts as an agent in arranging hotel, attractions & restaurant accommodations. We select quality accommodations, meal stops and attractions. Each package is PRICED PER PERSON. SINGLE (one person per room), DOUBLE (two persons per room, TRIPLE (three persons per room), QUAD (four persons per room). The price of your overnight tour includes ONE PIECE OF LUGGAGE per person unless otherwise stated. Meal taxes & gratuities are included.
We do not anticipate changes in our published tours, however, reserve the right to alter the schedule, substitute hotels, and make necessary changes if and when considered advisable for the comfort of the passengers and any additional expenses shall be born by the passenger. Finalized itineraries and changes will be given as new tours and dates are added. We also reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure if it is not up to capacity, in which case all payments will be refunded. The right is also reserved to accept, decline, or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time. DAY DREAM TOURS acts only as an agent for passengers and therefore accepts no responsibility, in whole or part, for delays, loss, damage, injury to property or person due to mechanical defects or other cause, or for additional expenses incurred through sickness, weather, strikes, wars, quarantine, or other causes. Any person or group leader booking reservations for more than one passenger is required to inform the other persons of our booking and cancellation policies as well as pertinent information on the tour . We are not held responsible for incorrect information given out by a second party. Our office hours are 9-5 weekdays . It is the customer responsibility to call us for departure times a week prior to departure in the event that you have not received a letter or phone call regarding a scheduled departure that you are booked on.
RESERVATIONS are confirmed once we receive your $75. deposit for Multi-Day Tours, or payment in full for Day Tours. SEATS are assigned according to the way we receive your deposits . Your cancelled check will be your receipt, unless you enclose a self addressed stamped envelope. This will enable us to keep our prices more affordable to you. CANCELLATIONS must be made 45 days in advance to receive a full refund, otherwise, it will depend on whether your seat is resold and our ability to recover deposits, tickets etc. on your portion of the tour. Every attempt will be made to accommodate you in the event of a last minute cancellation, however, show tickets and deposits are often non-refundable, therefore, we recommend the purchase of Tour Protection . TOUR PROTECTION IS AVAILABLE AND WE RECOMMEND IT. It is $5. per person, per day. It covers you if there is a sickness, illness, or death in the immediate family. Ask about it!
All of our PUBLIC TOURS are non-smoking . Frequent rest stops will be made to accommodate those who care to smoke. If you have a smoking preference for your hotel room, please specify when you make your reservation. This option is not always available . Many place are now smoke free
You will be given approximate departure times when you inquire about a tour. Once we are certain of our departure points and number of passengers boarding at each location, we will notify you of the exact departure and return times. REGULAR SCHEDULED DEPARTURES will be from the NEW CASTLE & WAMPUM or ELLWOOD, Pa area and also BOARDMAN , OH AREA. We will also add CRANBERRY, Pa to many of our departures. We will make every effort to accommodate you with a departure point from your area. Any size groups or individuals are welcome on our tours. PARKING is available at our office in Wampum, however, at your own risk.

COST: $5. PER PERSON PER DAY. Must be purchased 45 days prior to tour departure.
COVERAGE: If you purchase Tour Protection, you will be refunded up until the tour departure date, only if you have an illness or death in the immediate family.
OUR REFUND POLICY : You will receive a full refund if your cancellation is made 45 days prior to departure of the tour, unless indicated on the tour. Within 44 days a partial refund is made only if we are able to resell your seat or recover our expenses. Sometimes our obligations to show tickets and hotels make it impossible recover portions of the tour, therefore, we recommend Tour Protection. If you need to make a cancellation, please do so early . With TOUR PROTECTION you can cancel up until the departure, however, you must call our office and make the cancellation. If we do not receive a call or message on the machine, you will not be refunded. Our answering machine is on if we are not in the office. Leave your name, the tour for which you are scheduled and number where you can be reached.
