DREAM RESERVATIONS.... Due to the limited number of people we can comfortably accommodate per tour, we encourage you to make reservations early. This assists us in making hotel reservations and purchase necessary tickets in advance.
TO MAKE RESERVATIONS: By Phone, Reservations may be made by calling one of our office numbers between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday - Friday. You can also email us at amy@daydreamtours.com .
Day tours require payment in full within a week. Overnight tours require a $75 deposit and the balance is due 45 days prior to the tour date.
MAIL IN YOUR PAYMENT TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION:
Seats cannot be held without payment. If the tour becomes full, you will be placed on a wait list unless your payment is received within 5 days of making your reservation. Day tours are payment in full at the time of booking. You will be notified by phone of your departure time one week prior to departure. Sometimes we are unable to reach parties, so if you do not receive a call, please call our office to reconfirm your location and times of departure, one week prior to the tour. Overnight tours are usually a $75. deposit, unless otherwise noted. Balances are due 45 days prior to departure. Letters will be mailed out on overnight tours to confirm your departure locations and provide you with luggage tags and additional information on the tour. WE DO NOT SEND NOTICES ON BALANCE DUE . NOTE that all balances and TOUR PROTECTION PAYMENTS are due AT LEAST 45 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE . This gives us time to confirm final counts with hotels, attractions and theaters .
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Are given if a cancellation is made 45 days prior to departure. No refunds are given if made within the 44 days from departure, unless we are able to resell your seat .
CANCELLATION PROTECTION is available and recommended
Cost: $5.00 Per day, effective 45 days prior to departure. (Multiply the number of days of your tour by $5. and enclose it with your deposit ) It protect you in the event of an illness or death in the immediate family . Notification of cancellation must be made before the tour departs. Certain tours, as indicated in description, may require a higher payment.
DREAM REWARDS & SAVINGS
We will accept coupons from other tour companies. However, we will be implementing a Dream Rewards Program for future rewards and savings, that will be tracked by our computer. You will receive $1. in Dream Rewards for every day that you travel with us. Additional reward incentives may be added throughout the year. You can redeem your rewards for discounts on future travel with DAY DREAM TOURS .
